Portanto ao adquirir nossos produtos garantimos sua satisfação e lhe reservamos o direito de trocas e devoluções no prazo de 14 dias corridos, a partir da data de colocação do pedido.
Se você não está de acordo com nosso produto recebido, pode realizar uma troca do mesmo de alguma das seguintes formas:
1) Produto com defeito, avaria de transporte ou pedido violado: Ao receber seu pedido, confira se a embalagem está violada ou se existe algum produto com avaria. Se houver, recuse o pedido e anote na Nota Fiscal o motivo da devolução. Caso tenha recebido o produto e constatado defeito ou avaria: Entre em contato com [email protected] e envie fotos do produto danificado. Lhe enviaremos instruções de como proceder com o retorno do produto danificado e lhe enviaremos um produto novo em reposição.
2) Caso o produto não tenha atendido as suas expectativas: Entre em contato conosco através do e-mail [email protected] e envie o produto diretamente pelos correios pelo “Frete a Cobrar”. Você poderá trocar o produto por outro, ou você também poderá ter o seu dinheiro de volta.
Para a troca de produto ou devolução do dinheiro, você tem até 14 dias para fazer a solicitação, a partir da compra. O produto não pode ter sido usado e deve estar nas mesmas condições que você o recebeu. Ele também deve estar na embalagem original, com todos acessórios e acompanhado da nota fiscal, declaração de conteúdo ou comprovante de compra. Assim que constatarmos o recebimento do produto em nosso depósito, faremos a troca por outro produto de mesmo valor, conforme disponibilidade em estoque. Caso não haja interesse em trocar o produto, o valor da compra será estornado.

If you do not agree with the product received, you can exchange it in any of the following ways:
1) Defective product, shipping damage or violated order: When you receive your order, check if the packaging is violated or if there is any damaged product. If so, refuse the request and note the reason for the return on the Invoice. If you have received the product and found a defect or damage: Contact us by e-mail [email protected] and send photos of the damaged product. We will send you instructions on how to proceed with the return of the damaged product and we will send you a new replacement product.
2) If the product has not met your expectations: Get in touch with us by e-mail [email protected] and send the product directly by post using “Collected Shipping”. You can exchange the product for another one, or you can also get your money back.
For product exchange or money back, you have up to 14 days to make the request, from the date of purchase. The product must not have been used and must be in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all accessories and accompanied by the invoice, content declaration or proof of purchase. As soon as we verify the receipt of the product in our warehouse, we will exchange it for another product of the same value, according to availability in stock. If there is no interest in exchanging the product, the purchase price will be refunded.
